1. About KinneyConnect

KinneyConnect is a missed call lead capture service that helps small businesses convert missed calls into organized leads. When a potential customer calls a business using KinneyConnect and the call goes unanswered, our system automatically contacts the caller via SMS to collect job details on behalf of the business.

KinneyConnect is operated by KinneyConnect LLC, based in St. Louis, Missouri.

2. SMS Messaging

By calling a phone number associated with a KinneyConnect-enabled business, you may receive automated SMS messages from KinneyConnect on behalf of that business. These messages may include:

• Automated questions to collect your service request details
• A secure link to upload photos related to your service request
• Follow-up communications from the business

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

3. SMS Program Terms

Program name: KinneyConnect Photo Upload Link

Message frequency: One (1) message per missed call, only when the customer explicitly opts in during the call.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Contractor Accounts

KinneyConnect accounts are created and managed by KinneyConnect staff. There is no self-registration. Account holders agree to:

• Keep their login credentials confidential
• Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
• Not share access with unauthorized parties
• Notify KinneyConnect immediately of any unauthorized account access

5. Data Collection and Storage

When a customer contacts a KinneyConnect-enabled business, we collect and store the following information:

• Customer name and phone number
• Service address (city and state)
• Description of the requested service
• Photos submitted via our upload link (stored for the duration of the job)

Lead data is permanently archived for record-keeping purposes even after jobs are completed or removed from the active pipeline. Images are deleted upon job completion. This data helps us verify service delivery and resolve disputes.

6. Photo Uploads

Customers who receive an upload link agree that:

• Uploaded photos will be shared with the contractor business
• Upload links expire after 48 hours
• A maximum of 5 photos may be submitted per job request
• Submitted photos become part of the job record
• Photos must only contain content relevant to the service request

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use KinneyConnect to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Collect information under false pretenses
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the service or its infrastructure

8. Service Availability

KinneyConnect strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

KinneyConnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KinneyConnect LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify account holders of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
